Specialization
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Marin County, Sonoma County, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Novato, Greenbrae, Larkspur, and Corte Madera. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
I've been a resident of Marin County since 1960 and started my career in real estate in 1974. After six years of running my own company, Bank Street Realtors, I felt it would better serve my clients to not both own and manage my own company. In 1986, I joined Frank Howard Allen Realtors and in 2000 was inducted as a life time member into the Hall of Fame, the highest ranking an agent can receive in the company. Only a handful of agents have reached this level of achievement. I am also recognized by the The Realty Alliance as one of the leading real estate professionals in America.
My strength lies in my professionalism, objectivity and negotiation skills. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my clients and am highly committed to helping them realize their goals. All who deal with me are offered a wide range of services, and are led through the buying or selling process by me and my staff.
My background is diverse and includes two terms as a Director of the Marin Association of Realtors and have served on the Advisory Board for Frank Howard Allen Realtors. I currently belong to numerous network groups including the Marin Realtors Tour and the exclusive group, Marin All-Stars. I am also a member of the First Presbyterian Church of San Rafael. In 1994, I was the recipient of Frank Howard Allen Realtors prestigious Founders Award. This was in recognition of my extensive community service.
